Quick and tasty soya briyani is ready

 

Soya masala rice


Ingredients:

Rice- 1 cup                 

Soya chunks -1 cup

Onion- 1

Garlic- 4 pods

Water – 2½ cups

Garam masala powder -1 teaspoon

Chilli powder -1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon

Oil -1/4 cup

Salt to taste.

 

 

Method:

·         Wash and soak rice for 1o minutes. Soak soya chunks in water for 15 minutes. Squeeze dry.

·         Take cooker pour oil, crushed garlic and chopped onion fry for some time.

·         Now add soaked rice, soya chunks, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala, and water and close the lid.

·         Leave it for 1 or 2 whistles and off the flame then your dish is ready.
