Yummy Adhirasam
ADHIRASAM
INGREDIENTS:
- Raw rice – 1 tumbler (soak for2 hours) (grind in the mixie or mill.)
- jaggery- 3/ 4 tumbler
- Or
- Raw rice _ 2 tumbler ie 400gm
- Jaggery _ 1 1/2 tumbler ie 300gm
METHOD:
first start preparing the rice flour then start the syrup.
· Take a pan put jaggery into the pan , pour water and allow it to boil ( 1 tumbler water)until the haggery dissolves.(to make ball like syrup).

And then put the rice powder into the jaggery syrup and mix it well. Put the pinch salt cardamon powder. Ghee sesame oil .Then stir well. Keep the stove in the sim flame and stir well pour sesame oil stir well off the flame transfer other container pour oil close the lid 3 days leave then deep fry in the oil.

After the mixture is ready , allow it to
cool. Then make a round ball and press it in the hand & deep fry in the oil. Oil should be medium or low flame while cooking Your yummy adhirasam is ready.
First make rice fllour
then put the powder into the syrup mix well put pour ghee oil stir nicely kerp yhe flsme in low stir then off the flame
spread in other containertransfer pour ghee spread it leave for 3 days then deep fry i the oil.
3 day keep batter a side and after 3 day in medium flame deep fry in the oil.
Note _ in which cup u r taking the rice same cup put jaggery and water
(ie in which cup taken same cup use for measuring the the jaggery and water)
1 kg raw rice
3/4 kg jaggery _ 750 gm
If the batter is hard pour water ghee mix well in the hand.
If u want 3 kg then
750×3 = 2 250gm.
