PEAS RICE
FOR PASTE:
PATTI- 2
CLOVES -2
SOMBU -1/2 SPOON
SMALL ONION – 6
KASAKASA -1/2 SPOON
GINGER\ GARLIC PASTE
GREEN CHILLI- 6
TUMERIC POWDER – ½ SPOONS
GRIND ALL THIS MAKEINTOPASTE IN THE SMIXI.
INGREDIENTS:
RICE- 1 ½ tumbler
Water -3 tumbler
Peas – 1 cup
Big onion – 1
Salt
Ghee\oil
Mustard- ¼ spoons
Curry leaves. (BOIL THE
PEAS SEPERATELY.)
Method:
Take a COOKER POUR OIL\GHEE PUT
MUSTARD, CURRY LEAVES, ONION, FRY NICELY. THEN PUT THE BOILED PEAS, THE PUT THE
RICE, 3 TUMBLERS OF WATER THEN PUT THE PASTE, SALT THEN CLOSE THE LID, LEAVE
FOR 3 OR 4 WHISTLES. OFF THE FLAME THEN YOUR DISH IS READY.
