Mouth watering carrot halwa
CARROT HALWA
INGREDIENTS:
- Grated carrot – 200 gms
- Ghee – 50 gms
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Cashew nut – 15 nos
- Dry grapes – 15 nos
- Cardamon powder – ¼ spoon
- Milk – 1 litre.

Take a cooker ,pour some ghee & then put
the grated carrot into the ghee . Fry it & then pour milk into the cooker. Close the lid. After 3 whistles , off the flame and open the lid.

Then put sugar & stir well.

Take
a pan pour ghee and add cashew nuts, dry grapes. Then pour it into the dish.
· Then add cardamon powder and your yummy carrot halwa is ready to serve.
