Mouth watering carrot halwa

                                                    CARROT HALWA 


INGREDIENTS:

  •  Grated carrot – 200 gms
  •  Ghee – 50 gms
  •  Sugar – 2 cups
  •  Cashew nut – 15 nos
  •  Dry grapes – 15 nos
  •  Cardamon powder – ¼ spoon
  •  Milk – 1 litre.                   
 METHOD:

·          Take a cooker ,pour some ghee & then put the grated carrot into  the ghee . Fry it & then pour  milk into the cooker. Close the lid. After 3 whistles , off the flame and open the lid.

                ·          Then put sugar & stir well.

                ·         Take a pan pour ghee and add cashew nuts, dry grapes. Then pour  it into the dish.

                 ·         Then add cardamon powder and your yummy carrot halwa is ready to serve.
