CURD RICE


INGREDIENTS:

FRESH CURD -2 TUMBLER

RICE -2 CUP

MUSTARD, URAD DAL- LITTLE

GREEN CHILLI – 5

GINGER – 1 INCH

SALT

OIL

CURRY LEAVES –I STRING

WARM MILK – 1 TUMBLER.

 

METHOD:

1.       BOIL THE RICE AND KEEP IT SEPERATELY AND ALLOW TO COOL.

2.       TAKE PAN POUR OIL  put MUSTARD, URAD DAL, CURRY LEAVES FRY NICELY.

3.       PUT GREEN CHILLIES, GINGER ALLOW TO COOL.

4.       POUR CURD, SALT STIR WELL.

5.       MIXI IN THE RICE THE CURD MIXER. IF MORE LIQUID POUR MORE CURD.

(NOTE:

SALT, CURD, WARM MILK, AND POUR TO THE MORNING RICE THE DISH WILL BE NICE.)
