Colorful rava kesari
RAVA KESARI
INGREDIENTS:
1. Sooji (white rava) - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 2 cup
3. Ghee - 1
cup

Cashew nuts (broken ) - 1 tbsp
5. Dry grapes - 1 tsp
6. Cardamom - 4 nos
7. Kesari powder - 1 pinch
8. Water - 3 cups
METHOD:
- Take
pan pour oil and put (white rava) . Fry and keep it aside.
- Take
another pan. Pour 3 cups of water and allow to boil.
- When water starts boiling , add kesari powder.
- Then
put the white rava little by little and stir it well. Boil the rava
nicely.
- Put the sugar and start mixing well.
- Then
heat the ghee and add cashew nut , dry grapes and cardamom.
- Pour the ghee into the dish and mix well. Kesari is ready to serve now.
