Delicious carrot kheer

                        CARROT KHEER


             INGREDIENTS:

1.    Carrots (grated fine)-6 nos

2.      Ghee- 1 tbsp

3.       Milk-1 litre

4.       Cashew-2 tbsp

5.      Cardamom-5 nos

6.      Sugar  - 1 and 1/2 tumbler 

METHOD:

·         Soak cashew in hot water for 10 min.

·         In a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp ghee, fry carrots till raw smell disappears.

·         Add water and close the lid.  Cook till it becomes soft.

·         Let it cool and then open the lid.

·      Grind cooked carrots and cashew to a coarse paste.Then transfer it to a pan.

·         Add milk and sugar, boil it for some time .Add cardamom powder and put off the flame.Your yummy and easy carrot kheer is ready to serve.
